摘要：

自2006年国家实施促进中部地区崛起战略以来，中部地区县域经济城乡统筹发展已经取得积极成效。中部地区城乡统筹发展的主要经验在于充分协调和发挥资源、区位和政策3个要素的作用。然而在看到取得的成就的同时，也应看到中国中部各省仍有部分农业弱县、工业小县在城乡统筹发展中面临诸多困难和问题。笔者在分析中国县域城乡统筹发展现状的基础上，总结、梳理中部不同县区县域城乡统筹发展路子，提出中部城乡统筹发展目前存在的问题，最后给出未来中部城乡统筹的对策建议。

Abstract:

The positive effects of urban-rural balanced development of county economy in central China have been achieved, since the government implemented the strategy to stimulate the rise of central China in 2006. The main experience of urban-rural balanced development in central China lies in coordinating and utilizing resources, location and policy. However, there are many difficulties and problems in the urban-rural balanced development of some weak counties in agriculture and industry of central provinces. Based on the status analysis to the urban-rural balanced development of county economy in central China, the different urban-rural balanced development patterns of county economy in central China were summarized and combed, the actual problems of urban-rural balanced development of central China were raised and also the future development suggestions were proposed.
