B68发酵滤液对香蕉冠腐病菌致病酶影响的研究

Effect of Ferment Filtrate of Bacillus subtilis strain B68 on Pathogenic Enzyme of Fusarium semitectum

摘要:

对活体内外半裸镰刀菌产生的细胞壁降解酶进行活性分析,明确了其侵染青香蕉果实后会引起为明确香蕉冠腐病菌致病酶的变化情况以及B68发酵滤液对致病酶的影响,对活体内外半裸镰刀菌产生的细胞壁降解酶进行活性分析,在其侵染青香蕉果实后,会引起被侵染组织内产生高活力的果胶甲酯酶果胶裂解酶类(PML、PL)和纤维素酶(cellulase),而不产生果胶水解酶类。病菌活体外产生的细胞壁降解酶活性均高于活体内产生的酶活。采用体外诱导培养的方法,与对照相比,芽孢杆菌B68发酵滤液在各浓度下均显著抑制半裸镰刀菌活体外果胶酶类(PG、PMG、PME、PL、PML)和纤维素酶类(Cx、β-glucosidase)细胞壁降解酶的分泌,研究目的是为使用芽孢杆菌菌剂防治香蕉冠腐病提供科学依据。

Abstract:

With a view to determining variance of pathogenic enzyme and effect of ferment filtrate of Bacillus subtilis strain B68 on pathogenic enzyme, activities of the cell wall degrading enzymes (CWDEs) produced by Fusarium semitectum both in vitro and in vivo were studied. High activities of pectin esterase, pectin, pectic lyases, cellulose and no pectic hydrolases were detected after green banana fruit were infected by F. semitectum. CWDEs activities released by F. semitectum in vitro were higher than those in vivo. By way of inducing culture in vitro, secretion of pectinases (PG、PMG、PME、PGTE、PMTE) and cellulases (Cx、β-glucosidase) produced by F. semitectum in vitro was significantly inhibited by ferment filtrate of Bacillus subtilis strain B68 in various concentration compared with CK. A scientific basis was provided when control of banana crown rot was used by Bacillus agents.
