不同激素配比对诱导栓壳红山茶愈伤组织的影响

Effect of Different Hormone Combinations on Callus Induction of Camellia phellocapsa

摘要:

为建立最优的栓壳红山茶(Camellia phellocapsa)诱导愈伤组织体系,分别以其嫩叶及嫩茎段为外植体材料,研究了不同的6-BA与NAA激素浓度配比对诱导愈伤组织的影响。结果表明:叶片正面向上放置时的出愈率高于正面向下放置,且褐化率较低;6-BA浓度对诱导叶片愈伤组织的影响达极显著水平,最佳激素配比为6-BA 0.2 mg/L、NAA 2.0 mg/L,此时出愈率高达97.5%;嫩茎段的愈伤组织诱导出现不同程度的褐化,出愈率极低。

Abstract:

To establish the most optimal callus induction system of Camellia phellocapsa, its tender leaves and stems were taken as explants material,the effect of different hormone combinations of 6-BA and NAA on callus induction of Camellia phellocapsa were studied. The results showed that the callus induction rates were higher when the positive of leaves were placed upward than when the positive of leaves were placed downward, and browning rates were lower; The effects of 6-BA concentration on callus induction rate of leaves were quite significant, the most suitable hormone ratio was when 6-BA was taken as 0.2 mg/L and NAA was 2.0 mg/L, the induction rate was as higher as 97.5%; inducted callus of stems appear browning with different degree, callus induction rate was extremely low.
