摘要： 柑橘生产基地建设是柑橘深加工产业化成败的关键。笔者以重庆市“百万吨”柑橘产业化工程为例，在分析柑橘生产特点及目前重庆市柑橘生产发展水平的前提下，总结各地农业产业化的实践经验，初步探讨了柑橘生产基地建设运作模式及政策保障措施。
