摘要： 中国农民专业合作经济组织的兴起，已在农村经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但其在创建和发展过程中也面临着各种困难。为更好的在实践中创造条件，引导和促进其健康发展，针对合作组织产生的前提条件和发展中的影响和制约因素作了初步的分析。并提出几点建议
