摘要/Abstract

摘要： 雌激素包括雌二醇、雌三醇、雌酮，雌二醇(E2)是3种雌激素中活性最强的一种，具有很强的生理功能，对畜禽有广泛的药理作用，但是在动物食品中残留会危害人类健康。研究发现人体中雌二醇含量水平与某些肿瘤，如乳腺癌、子宫癌、肝癌等有显著的相关性。就雌二醇的检测方法和抗体的研究进行简述，为建立雌二醇的ELISA检测方法奠定基础。

Abstract: Estrogen includes estradiol，estriol and estrone. Estradiol(E2)is the strongest active hormone of the three kinds of estrogen. It has very strong physiology function and extensive medical function to animal and poultry，but remain in animal food will endanger human health. Research indicated that the level of estradiol content in human body is remarkably relative to some tumors， such as galactophore cancer， womb cancer, liver cancer etc. This article will briefly state the examination methods and the research of the antibody of estradiol to establish base for the estradiol ELISA analysis method.
