磷酸缓冲液对亚硫酸伤害的防护作用研究

摘要: 磷酸缓冲液(1/15 mol/L,pH 7.7)能减轻亚硫酸对小麦、高粱幼苗所造成的叶绿素—蛋白质结合度降低、电解质渗漏增多等伤害症状,表明磷酸缓冲液对亚硫酸伤害有防护作用。生理指标的测定证明,磷酸缓冲液能提高幼苗的根系活力、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量。进一步实验表明磷酸缓冲液对高粱苗的作用大于对小麦苗的作用;而且喷叶处理好于浇根处理。

Abstract: The phosphate buffer (1/15mol/L,pH 7.7 ) can decrease the harmful action of sulphurous acid to the wheat and sorghum seedlings. The test proved that the phosphate buffer had protective function to sulphurous acid harm. After wheat and sorghum seedlings were treated with the phosphate buffer, the root activities , proline content and solubility sugar content of seedlings were increased. The protective effect of phosphate buffer to sorghum seedlings was bigger than to wheat seedlings; besides the protective effect of phosphate buffer was different along with different ways of dealing with. Spraying the leaves was more effective than watering roots with phosphate buffer.
