有机、无机肥对莲藕生长和品质的影响及施肥效益分析

摘要:

为了提高莲藕产量和改善莲藕的品质,通过采用施用不同肥料,研究有机、无机两种肥料对莲藕生长、品质及施肥效益的影响。结果表明,有机肥处理比无机肥处理莲藕茎秆粗壮,根茎肥大,节间短,单支主藕较重,纤维素含量低,还原糖、维生素含量高,硝酸盐含量低,即施用有机肥的莲藕长势强、品质佳、产量高、效益好。总之,施用有机肥不但能提高莲藕产量,而且还能改善莲藕品质。

Abstract:

In order to improve the production and quality of lotus root, we studied organic and inorganic on two kinds of lotus root through different methods, including growth, quality and efficiency of fertilization. The results showed that, the organic fertilizer treatment was better than the inorganic fertilizer treatment. It had the following advantages: lotus root thick stem, root hypertrophy, internode short, the single main lotus heavy, low fiber content, rich in vitamin and reducing sugars, low nitrate content. The application organic fertilizer of the lotus had good quality, high yield and good benefits. In short, the application of organic fertilizers would not only increase production of lotus root, but also to improve quality.
