乳酸片球菌的分离鉴定与益生功能的初步研究

Isolation, Identification and the Preliminary Study on the Healthy Function of Pediococcus acidilactici

摘要:

为了获取作为微生态制剂的候选菌株。本研究从鸭的空肠内容物中分离到22株乳酸菌,并对菌株ZW001进行研究。通过形态、生理生化、16S rDNA序列分析及系统发育树构建,鉴定为Pediococcus acidilactici(乳酸片球菌)。而且从耐酸、耐胆盐、耐高温及抑菌方面,研究其益生功能。结果表明:乳酸片球菌ZW001具有较好的抗逆性和抑菌特性。总之,菌株ZW001可以作为益生菌的候选菌株应用于饲料工业。

Abstract:

In order to obtain the candidate strains of probiotics, twenty-two Lactic acid bacteria were isolated from the jejunum content of ducks, and the strain ZW001 was researched in this article. According to the results of morphological observation, physiological and biochemical test, 16S rDNA sequence homology analysis, the strain ZW001 was identified as Pediococcus acidilactici. Moreover, the healthy function of the strain, such as acid resistance, bile salt tolerance, high temperature tolerance and antibacterial activity, was researched by us. The results showed that strain ZW001 had good the stress tolerance, and exhibited good antibacterial activity. In conclusion, these properties make the strain ZW001 promising for application in the feed industry.
