国内烤烟烟叶醇化机理及技术研究进展

摘要:

烟叶醇化是改善烟叶质量、提高烟叶可用性必不可少的环节,是卷烟产品内在质量的基础和保证。主要围绕着烤烟烟叶最佳醇化期研究,醇化过程中化学成分、酶和微生物等相关物质的变化趋势,醇化条件和环境与醇化质量相关性,生物制剂及辐射技术等外加手段的应用以上4个方面归纳总结了国内近几年来与烤烟烟叶醇化相关的机理及技术的研究进展;提出了烤烟烟叶醇化机理及技术的研究趋势将逐渐向多项醇化技术的联合研究、醇化技术参数进一步优化和工业适应性的推广应用等方向发展。

Abstract:

Aging is a necessary link in the improvement of tobacco leaf quality and its applicability, and it is also the foundation and assurance for cigarette quality. The paper summarized the process of the study on aging mechanism and technology of flue-cured tobacco leaf in China, and put forward that the development trend in the area is the joint study of several technologies, the further optimization of technology parameter, industrial adaptability, etc. from the below four aspects: the study of optimum aging period; the change trend of chemical components, enzyme, microorganism and other relevant substances in aging; the dependency between aging quality and aging conditions; the application of impressed measures such as biological agent and irradiation technology.
