摘要: 梨果实在低温下贮存,随着时间的推移而逐渐衰老,用不同浓度的NAA溶液处理梨果实。结果发现,5mg/L的NAA溶液能相应地提高蛋白质、ASA、GSH的含量;降低MDA含量及O2-的产生速率;抑制SOD、CAT和POD活性的下降,初步确定,用5mg/L NAA溶液处理梨果实,可缓解衰老。

Abstract: After pears are picked off fruit trees, they are stored in low temperature. With the advance of time, they can be getting senescent. NAA liquids of different chroma are used to deal with the fruit. The result shows that 5mg/L of NAA liquid can relatively increase the content of their high protein, ASA and GSH, decrease the content of MDA and O2- generation rate, and restrict the reduction of activity of SOD, CAT and POD. It is initially confirmed that using 5mg/L of NAA liquid to dispose the pears can relieve their senescence.
