摘要：

农民收入水平与收入结构密切相关。为理清二者之间的变动规律，梳理了1978年以来中国农民收入结构的演变历程，并根据家庭经营性收入和工资性收入变动关系初步划分为三个阶段。在对各省区发展不平衡分析基础上，利用近10年统计数据对农民收入结构演变趋势进行了模拟，为处于追赶地位的后发省份提供借鉴。最后，提出增加农民收入应巩固农民家庭经营性收入、大力拓展工资性收入以及不断增加转移性投入。

Abstract:

Peasants' income is closely related with its structure. To display the fluctuation rules between them, the paper combed out structure evolution of peasants' income since 1978, and divided into three phases according to the relationship of operating income and wages income. Based on the unbalanced development between all provinces and 10 years statistical data, peasants’ income evolution trend direction was simulated, to provide reference for the developing province. At last, some policy points of increase peasants' income were proposed.
