摘要： 对植物激素BA和NAA在龙利组织培养中的影响及二者的综合效应进行了分析研究。试验结果表明：BA和NAA对龙利繁殖系数的影响极大，适宜的BA和NAA的浓度分别为1.0mg/L和0.1mg/L。对龙利根的诱导以浓度为0.1~1.0.mg/L的IBA为适宜。

Abstract: The effects of BA, NAA (two kinds of plant hormone) and the integrative effect of BA and NAA on Philodenbron erubescens tissue culture were studied. The results show that BA and NAA affect the propagation coefficient greatly. The appropriate concentrations are 1.0mg/L and 0.1mg/L respectively, and the suitable concentration of BA to induce Philodenbron erubescens root is 0.1~1.0.mg/L.
