诱导幼龄绵羊卵泡发育的研究

The Research of Inducing Follicular Development of Prepubertal Sheep

摘要:

为了稳定并提高幼龄绵羊卵泡的发育效率。本研究从激素处理方案、激素生产厂家、羔羊日龄、重复处理周期等4个方面进行了研究。结果表明:国产FSH剂量在60IU/只、120 IU和180 IU之间差异显著(P<0.05);国产FSH和加拿大生产的FSH对幼羔卵泡发育没有影响;5-9周龄羔羊的卵泡数和卵母细胞数显著高于4周龄和11周龄的羔羊(P<0.05);4—7周龄羔羊首次处理后间隔15~30天再次处理的卵泡数和卵母细胞数都没有差异(P>0.05),2次重复处理总卵泡数和卵母细胞数间也没有差异(P>0.05)。

Abstract:

In order to stabilize and improve the young lamb sheep follicular development efficiency. This study researched the effect of the development of ovarian follicular from the hormone treatment, hormone production manufacturers, lamb age, repeated handle in four aspects. The results show that: There were significantly affect domestic FSH doses among 60 IU, 120 IU and 180 IU on follicular development (P<0.05). Domestic FSH and Canada FSH production on lamb follicular development have no effect (P>0.05). The number of follicles and available Oocytes from 5-9-week-old lambs are significantly higher than 4- and 11-week-old lambs (P<0.05). There were no affection in the number of follicles and Oocytes that lamb of 4-7 weeks of age interval of 15-30 days repeated hormone stimulate (P>0.05), and there was no difference between the total number of follicles and Oocytes between two repeated handle (P>0.05).
