摘要：

生殖内分泌激素对家畜卵泡发育、排卵、受精等繁殖性状具有重要的影响作用，可以作为研究产仔数性状候选基因。本研究综述了促性腺激素释放激素、卵泡刺激素、促黄体素、催乳素、抑制素和雌激素等生殖激素及其受体基因多态性与家畜产仔数性状相关的研究进展，希望对家畜繁殖性状标记辅助选择提供一定帮助。

Abstract:

Reproductive endocrine hormone has important effects on follicle development, ovulation and fertilization of livestock. The researching progress on the relations between litter size of livestock and polymorphism of reproductive hormone and their receptors genes including gonadotrophin releasing hormone (GnRH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL), inhibin (INH), and estrogen was reviewed, and it was hoped to be assisted to the mark assisted selection of reproductive traits in livestock.
