番茄粉虱传双生病毒在中国的传播、分布及分子进化研究进展

The Progress of Sequence Analysis, Spread and Distribution of Whitefly-transmitted Geminivirus in Tomato in China

摘要: 首先对国内侵染番茄的双生病毒的发生分布进行了综述,发现其病毒症状不完全相同;接着选取了国内外代表性的病毒样品进行了分子系统进化分析,发现国内侵染番茄的双生病毒分别属于3个不同分支,即TYLCV-Isreal、TYLCCNV和ToLCTWV;最后根据国内外病毒的发生及亲缘关系,对中国各地发生的番茄粉虱传双生病毒传播来源进行了推测,以期为今后该病毒的研究及抗病育种提供参考。

Abstract: A summary of the domestic distribution of the occurance of tomato-infecting geminivirus was concluded, and found that the virus symptoms were not completely same. The typical virus samples from both home and abroad were selected and conducted phylogenetic analysis, and the domestic tomato-infecting geminivirus belonged to three branches: TYLCV-Isreal, TYLCCNV and ToLCTWV. A prediction about the source of whitefly-transmitted geminivirus infecting tomato that occurred in different regions in China was made, according to the occurrence of virus at home and abroad and their genetic relationship. It laid a foundation for future research of this virus and disease resistance breeding.
