造纸法再造烟叶耐破度的测定方法研究

摘要: 根据“试样放置于耐破度仪胶膜一起自由凸起,在受到液压流体以稳定速率泵入后的胶膜凸起,并测试出使试样破裂所施加的最大压力”这一原理,对造纸法再造烟叶试样进行了耐破度试验条件的对比分析试验,探索出了一种适合造纸法再造烟叶耐破度的测定方法。此方法可行、合理,且测试出的结果平行性和稳定性都较好,可为制订烟草行业造纸法再造烟叶耐破度专用测试方法或相关标准提供参考。

Abstract: In order to explore a bursting strength determination method suitable for paper-process reconstituted tobacco (RT), the bursting strength of paper-process RT samples were contrasted and analyzed according to the principle“paper-process reconstituted tobacco (RT) samples and the film in bursting strength tester place together, when the hydraulic fluid inflows in a constant rate, the film projected, and then the maximum applied stress which breakdown the samples was bursting strength”. This method was reasonable and feasible, the parallelism and stability of the determination results were good. The results may provide reference for determining special test method for bursting strength of RT to tobacco industry.
