豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物对肿瘤细胞超微结构的影响

摘要: 通过建立种植性肝癌(H22)实体瘤动物模型,并给荷瘤小鼠灌胃含有苦马豆素(swainsonine, SW)且剂量分别为2.7 mg/(kg·d)和16.2 mg/(kg·d)的豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物稀释液,于灌药后16 d剖检荷瘤动物并取肿瘤组织与肝组织制作超薄切片,透射电镜观察。结果表明,该次级代谢产物能抑制种植性实体瘤(H22)的生长和转移。因此,该次级代谢产物具有抗肿瘤药用价值。

Abstract: During the study, we built cancer mold by transplanting Hepatoma 22 cells to rats, and pour the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia Leguminicola which have swainsonine into the stomach of the rats, and the doses of swainsonine are 2.7 mg·kg-1·d-1 and 16.2 mg·kg-1·d-1 separately. The pathology changes were observed by TEM. The result shows that the secondary metabolites can inhibit tumor growth and metastasis. Above all, the secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia Leguminicola have similar function with swainsonine. And they have value as antitumor drugs.
