摘要: 对白藜芦醇的发现、结构与特性、分离方法及其作用等方面作了简要概述。白藜芦醇有顺式和反式两种结构,反式结构是其稳定结构,难溶于水,易溶于有机溶剂。常用的分离方法有渗漉和加热回流,纯化方法有柱色谱、薄层色谱和高效逆流色谱,分析方法有高效液相色谱(HPLC)法和固相微萃取(SPME)法等。药理作用表明:白藜芦醇可抑制癌症、动脉粥样硬化和血栓形成,可预防老年痴呆症,并具有免疫调节作用,具有很好的应用前景。

Abstract: Abstract: In this article, the finding、chemical structure、physical properties、the methods of extraction of resveratrol and effecting mechanism are reviewed. Structures of resvertrol include the cis- and trans- geometries, and the trans- geometry is the stable structure. The methods of extraction include percolation and heating flow back .The methods of purification include ODS column、TCL method and piceid in polygonum cuspidatum sieb﹒et﹒zicc. The methods of analysis include high performance liquid chromatography and solid-phase microextraction(SPME). Researches of resveratrol on pharonacologic fuinetion indicated that it can prevent human cancer、the formation of atherosclerotic plaque and thrombus, and it can prevent alzheimer disease. it also has the modulatory function in immune system. So its extensive application prospect caused attention in many ways.
