甜菜纸筒育苗移栽机核心工作部件的理论分析

Theoretical Analysis on Kernel Part of Sugar Beet Paper Pot Seedling Transplanter

摘要: 为了甜菜纸筒育苗移栽机的设计、正确使用与调整,找出鸭嘴式移栽器参数间相互关系十分重要。通过对甜菜纸筒育苗移栽机的核心工作部件进行理论分析。结果表明,鸭嘴运动轨迹为余摆线,始终做垂直于地面的运动。当鸭嘴转至接近最低位置时,鸭嘴绝对速度接近于零,此时鸭嘴开启投苗,能够保证纸筒秧苗平稳落入沟内;特征值与传动比成反比,在通过改变传动比调节株距时,要注意保证特征值在合理取值范围,以保证甜菜纸筒秧苗的移栽质量。

Abstract: In order to design, use and adjust the transplanter of sugar beet paper pot seedling correctly, it is very important to find out the parameter interrelationship of duckbill-type transplanting apparatus. The trajectory of duckbill was a trochoid, which always moved perpendicular to the ground through theoretically analysis on the kernel part of the transplanter of sugar beet paper pot seedling. When the duckbill rotated to near the lowest position, its absolute speed is close to zero, then paper pot seedlings were given out to drop into the trench smoothly through opening the beak. Eigen value had an inverse proportional relationship with transmission ratio, which should be attentively guaranteed in the reasonable value range in order to ensure transplanting quality for sugar beet paper-pot seedling when the planting spaces were adjusted by changing the transmission ratio.
