不同百合品种花芽分化期的生理生化变化

摘要: 分别利用亚洲系百合和东方系百合品种,对百合鳞茎定植以后的花芽分化期间一些物质代谢产物的变化进行了研究。结果发现,百合花芽分化期可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质的代谢进程及过氧化物酶(POD)活性与花芽分化进程呈正相关。亚洲系百合品种 ‘Yellow Baby’的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质代谢强度及POD活性均较东方系百合品种‘Casa Blanca’高,花芽分化进程也以亚洲系百合品种‘Yellow Baby’较东方系百合品种‘Casa Blanca’快。百合的花芽分化并不直接需要淀粉。

Abstract: Study on the changes of metabolites during the stage of planting to flower bud differentiation was conducted using cultivars of ‘Asiatic’ and ‘Oriental’ hybrids. The results showed that the processes of metabolism of soluble sugar and soluble protein and the activity of POD were positively correlated with that of flower bud differentiation. The intensities of metabolism of the soluble sugar and soluble protein and the activity of POD in ‘Yellow Baby’ were higher than that in ‘Casa Blanca’. The process of flower bud differentiation of ‘Yellow Baby’ is faster than that of ‘Casa Blanca’. Starch is unnecessary during flower bud differentiation of lilies.
