摘要： 笔者通过5种配方随机区组栽培刺芹侧耳，共5次重复，经方差分析，确定了E为最佳配方，这给中国平原大田产区栽培刺芹侧耳，选择栽培料提供了科学的依据。

Abstract: Author cultivates Pleurotus eryngii by using five types prescription of media(A .B .C .D .E), complete random odds test design , five treatments and five repeats. Author ensured that E prescription is the best of five types prescription of cultural media(A .B .C .D .E)by square –odds-analyse. This provide scientific basic of choice cultural media that people cultivates Pleurotus eryngii in plain in our country.
