张掖市优势农产品实施农业标准化模式与思考

摘要： 通过调查总结了张掖市实施农业标准化的模式：以龙头企业为核心组织实施农业标准化、科技示范园带动农业标准化实施、行业协会自律实现农业标准化及政府主导并最终通过行业协会实施农业标准化。对欠发达地区实施农业标准化提出几点思考：正确选择项目和龙头企业是欠发达地区实施农业标准化最有效的方法；行业协会模式必须有经济利益驱动；农业标准化需要政府强有力的支持，但必须借助市场利益来驱动；农业标准化实施需要健全各级农技推广部门。

Abstract: the paper concludes the patterns of implementing agricultural standardization thought investigating in zhangye: leading enterprises, as the core organization implement agricultural standardization, scientific and technical exemplary plantation give impetus to the implementation of agricultural standardization, craft association tums into agricultural standardization by self-discipline, and the government mainly craft association. The paper puts forward several considers of implementing agricultural standardization in under-developed area, the correct choice effective methods of implementing agricultural standardization in under-developed area; the pattern of craft association must be powered by economic interest; the agriculture standardization should be powerfully supported by government, but must be powered by market interest; the implementation of agricultural standardization needs improving sections at all levels of intending agricultural techniques.
