Abstract: In this paper the method of Fuzzy mathematics is used for the comprehensive evaluation of scientific research items and a mathematics model is constructed, which overcomes the shortcomings that the percentage of not important factors and subjective factors is bigger, strengthens the objection of items ‘evaluation. It’s useful to rationally adjust the fund. It promotes the work efficiency and saves the fund of evaluating the research items to practice in computer, which has more widely practice in the region of scientific and research management.
