摘要： 论述了城市化、工业化快速发展中所引起的环境和耕地资源问题；提出了发展城市农业是城市化、工业化进程中的客观要求；根据城市农业的功能、出资主体和技术特征等3种分类方法，对城市农业进行了分类，并对城市农业的发展对策进行了探讨。

Abstract: Rapid industrialization and urbanization cause the problems of environment and plowland resource. In the course of industrialization and urbanization, developing urban agriculture is the objective demand. According to functions of urban agriculture, investors and technical features, urban agriculture is classified and countermeasure for developing urban agriculture is discussed in this paper.
