Abstract: Cymbidium hybridium is a very important ornamental plant. Hybridization is a primary method of breeding of Cymbidium hybridum. There are ten thousands of seeds in one fruit .The seeds must be sterile seeded. They have short lives in air even though the temperature is low . The seeds are putted in liquid MS medium .PH 5.4, sugar 30g/L ,quantity of seeds per milliliter above 50 granules ,temperature about 15℃, light illumination about 2000lux .Storage liquid is twice vibrated everyday. Every time is two hours .The effect of storage is perfect.
