野生‘沉香虎头兰’种子无菌萌发及快速繁殖技术研究

摘要： 对沉香虎头兰种子进行无菌萌发和快繁研究，结果表明：1/2 Ms+6-BA1.0-2.0mg.L-1+NAA1.0-2.0 mg.L-1可使种子萌发率达95%以上，效果最好；原球茎培育以1/2 MS+KT2.0mg.L-1+NAA0.5mg.L-1为好，增殖培养以1/2 MS+6-BA3.0 mg.L-1+NAA0.2 mg.L-1最好；而生根培养以10-6Y2[注]为宜。

Abstract: Research for the aseptic budding and the fast propagation of wild Cymbidium tracyanum L castle seed indicates that: the seed budding rate reaches above 95% and has the best result if culture and hormone of 1/2 Ms+6-BA1.0-2.0mg.L-1+NAA1.0-2.0 mg.L-1 are taken; and for original corm breeding, 1/2 MS+KT2.0mg.L-1+NAA0.5mg.L-1 is better; for seed reproduction culture, 1/2 MS+6-BA3.0 mg.L-1+NAA mg.L-1 is suitable; while for rhizogenic culture, better use 10-6Y2[注] .
