摘要： 目前中国农业技术应用存在农户对农业技术需求不足与科研单位技术成果应用不足并存的现象。针对农业技术应用存在着政府宏观调控制度不完善、农地制度不完善以及政府的农业保护制度滞后等制度方面的障碍，提出解决之策，即必须对土地进行股份经营。

Abstract: Our country’s Agriculture has developed quickly in recent years. Nowadays it is faced with the difference of receiving the new agro-technology. There are many constricting factors influencing the receipt of new technology. In the light of the present conditions, we bring forth new ideas. The farmer can become share holders with their farmland.
