Abstract: The problem of food is very important, which relate to social safety. In recently year, the gap between producing and demanding of food is expanding all the time. Although the government has made several protective policies in order to motivate farmers to produce food, the hidden danger of food security haven’t been resolved radically. This paper firstly analyzes the importance and present conditions of the food protection, then rethink the problems of the protective policies from psychological anticipation、protective methods、law, and so on.
