The Review of Potassium Nutrition in Tobacco in China

摘要: 综述了烟草钾素的吸收积累分配规律和钾素调控技术。土壤生态因子和气候生态因子障碍均影响烟草钾的高效积累。钾在中、前期吸收积累速率高、量大,到成熟期钾吸收积累减缓甚至下降。钾在烟株中的分配不够合理,在烟叶中的分配率较低,而在其它非经济产品中的分配率较高也是烟叶含钾量较低的原因之一。钾素调控可从土壤中提高钾的有效性、增加营养供应协调性、烟株顶端涂抹激素、打杈等管理调控库源关系、吸钾高效基因转入和物理措施等方面进行。到目前为止所有这些调控技术未能大幅度提高烟叶钾含量。因此需要深入研究钾素营养内在生理机制及钾素营养障碍机制。

Abstract: This article mainly summarized the regulation technology of potassium in tobacco plant and the characteristics of absorbtion, accumulation and distribution of potassium by tobacco plant.The cases of soil and climate all have effect on tobacco potassium.The uptake rate of potassium before mature is high and begin to lower after that. The accumulation of potassium in leaf is lower then other organ.It is necessary for taking measures to regulate the distribution among different organs to improve the potassium of leaf.But now all these regulative measures could not remarkably improve the content of potassium in leaf.It needs to study the intrinsic mechanism responsible for potassium accumulation of tobacco.
