不同核桃品种叶绿素荧光动力学参数日变化的比较

Studies on the Diurnal Variation of Chlorophyll fluorescenceParameters of Different Walnut Varieties

摘要: 植物叶绿素荧光是反应植物细胞内光合机构运转状况的重要指标,其日变化对比物种间对逆境响应的重要参数。以新疆五个核桃品种为试材,研究了叶绿素荧光参数的日变化规律。结果表明最大荧光(Fm)、PSII原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)、光合量子产额(Yield)均呈先下降后上升的趋势,在中午强光下降低到最低值;非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)、表观电子传递速率(ETR)则呈先上升后下降的趋势,在中午时分达到峰值;温185和新2初始荧光(FO)呈双峰曲线峰值出现时间为12:00和16:00;温138、纸皮和新翠丰为单峰曲线。不同品种间荧光参数对光强和温度的响应也存在着明显差异,可作为鉴定品种抗光抑制的指标。结合对坚果外观品质和荧光参数的综合分析结果表明:温138和新萃丰两个品种在五个研究品种中具有较好的胁迫耐受性,是替代现有主栽品种的优良后备种质。

Abstract: In order to elucidate different walnut cultivars resistance characteristics, and chlorophyll fluorometry of diurnal variation were compared in walnut cultivars. Five walnut cultivars and the rules of diurnal variation were tested in the manuscript. The results showed that the bottom value of Fm, Fv/Fm, qP and Yield appeared in the midday, and showed decline-rise in the diurnal variation. On the other hand, the trends of NPQ and ETR presented droping-riseing, and the peak value appeared at midday with strong sunlight. F0 varied as a two-peaked curve in ‘Wen 185’ and ‘Xinxin 2’ at 12:00 and 16:00, respectively. The single peak value was showed in cultivars of ‘Wen 138’, ‘Zhipi’, and ‘Xincuifeng’. Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of different varieties appeared to be different in response to light and temperature. It could be used as the features to tolerant photo inhibition. A comprehensive analysis of the nut appearance quality and fluorescence parameters showed that ‘Wen 138’ and ‘Xincuifeng’ appeared better tolerance to high light stress, which were better replace varieties to the present cultivars.
