生长调节剂诱导霍山石斛试管开花研究

Effect of Growth Regulators on Flowering in Vitro of Dendrobium huoshanense

摘要:

为筛选合适的离体诱导霍山石斛开花的激素配比,以3个月大的霍山石斛无菌幼苗为材料,比较6-BA、2,4-D、NAA、Ad、PP333和TDZ 6种生长调节剂组合对霍山石斛试管开花的影响。结果表明,不同生长调节剂组合均能显著促进霍山石斛花芽形成,其中0.5 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.2 mg/L 2,4-D处理效果最佳,120天内花芽诱导率、开花率和正常花比率分别达35%、20%和8.9%,而0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA处理次之,花芽诱导率、开花率和正常花比率分别达24.4%和12.8%和5.0%。

Abstract: In order to obtain the appropriate growth regulators for flowering in vitro of Dendrobium huoshanense, laboratory experiments were conducted to investigate the collaboration effects of growth regulators (6-BA, 2,4-D, NAA, Ad, PP333 and TDZ) on the flowering in vitro of D. huoshanense. The results showed that growth regulator combination increased significantly the flower bud of D. huoshanense, and the optimum treatment was 0.5 mg/L 6-BA 0.2 mg/L 2,4-D, with the 35% flower bud induction rate, 20% flower rate and 8.9% normal flowers in 120 days. The next best treatment was 0.5 mg/L 6-BA 0.2 mg/L NAA, with the 24.4% flower bud induction rate, 12.8% flower rate and 5.0% normal flowers.
