Abstract: It is an urgent demand for rural society economic development that the higher education of self-taught examination extends to the countryside, and the network system construction is the effective way to realize the above extending. The operation means and effective extending way to the countryside have been probed, that is to say , a countryside -oriented service network system of higher education examination for self-taught people that is supported by the hardware of websites of city, county, and township should be built. Also, the propaganda, management and service function should be full played, the teaching material materials (including the television teaching slice ) should coach with the teaching-aid system to students, and the teaching of practice and skill to train should be strengthened as the main content in this network system.
