樱桃番茄果实营养成分分析

摘要: 对3个品种的樱桃番茄的营养成分进行测定分析,并与大宗番茄进行比较。结果表明,樱桃番茄中含有丰富的营养成分,且各种营养成分都比大宗番茄高(水分除外)。该研究为大面积种植樱桃番茄提供科学依据。

Abstract: The nutrients of 3 cherry tomato specties was determined and analyzed.and contents of cherry tomato and the masses tomato were compared.Results showed that the contents of these nutrients in cherry tomato fruit were high,and these nutrients were higher than the masses tomato(besides waters).It provided the scientific basis for a great cultution of cherry tomato.
