树莓叶片再生的研究

摘要： 利用正交设计试验法研究了基本培养基、6-BA、IBA、和蔗糖4个因素及其组合对树莓叶片再生的影响。结果表明，6-BA对树莓叶片的再生影响最大，其次为IBA及基本培养基，影响最小的因素为蔗糖。树莓叶片再生的适宜组合为NN69 +6-BA 2.5 mg/L+IBA 0.25 mg/L+蔗糖40 g/L。
