摘要： 本文提出学术期刊编辑流程的优化方案，并针对农业学术期刊优化编辑流程后的一些问题进行探讨，提出加强编辑队伍建设，期刊责编轮换制，提高农业学术期刊编辑综合素质、实行主编实名制、重视期刊整体设计环节等建议。
