摘要： 晋中市是山西省主要农区，稳步提高农民收入是发展农业和农村经济的出发点和归宿。千方百计地增加农民收入是近期和今后农业与农村经济工作的中心任务。通过走访农户、与基层干部座谈和听取市、县两级汇报等形式，对晋中市农民增收问题进行专题调研，研究分析了晋中市农民收入现状及增长缓慢的制约因素，在此基础上，提出了积极调整和优化农业和农村经济结构，加快发展农村二、三产业，拓宽农民增收渠道以及加强农民职业技能培训等促进农民增收的对策。
