摘要: 根据相关文献研究结果结果,综述了核辐射诱变、激光诱变、航天诱变、离子束诱变、细胞与组织培养、体细胞杂交与转基因等七种现代高新育种技术的概念、原理、特点,及其在国内外农作物育种上的应用进展;指出上述七种育种新技术是缩短育种周期、扩大变异范围、提高诱变频率,培育优质、高产、高效与多抗新品种的主要途径;展望了这些高新育种技术在我国未来农业发展中的应用前景。

Abstract: Based on the results of information investigation, the paper briefly summarizes the conception, the principle and the feature of modern technology of plant breeding, such as irradiation variation, laser radiation, space mutation, ion implantation, somatic hybridization, tiss culture and transgenic breeding. After reviewing the development in the research and application of modern technology of plant breeding, the paper points out that research and application of modern technology in agriculture are the main approaches to cutting short the breeding cycle, amplification the range of variation, increasing the mutation frequency and breeding the new crops of high yield and high qualitu which are insect –resistant, herbicide-tolerant, and withstand worsening climates. The perspective of the research and application of agricultural high and new-technology in China are also discussed.
