西瓜高频再生系统的研究

摘要: 以西瓜栽培种中育1号为材料对影响西瓜组织培养的多个因素进行了研究,建立了西瓜茎尖、子叶块的高频再生系统。结果表明无菌苗子叶呈淡绿色时不定芽诱导率最高,茎尖和子叶块适于直接诱导不定芽,其中茎尖的诱导率稍高于子叶块,MS+6-BA1.0+IBA0.5可较好的诱导子叶块分化不定芽,MS+6-BA1.0+IBA0.1对茎尖较为合适,低浓度的IAA有利生根,低温、高湿可提高移栽的成活率。

Abstract: A high regeneration frequency system of watermelon was set up by using the watermelon cultivated species- ZhongYuYiHao. Results indicated that MS+6-BA1.0+IBA0.5 was the most suitable medium for cotyledon and MS+6-BA1.0+IBA0.1 for stem apex;the strectched shoot rooted easily in MS+IAA0.2;low temperature and high humidity may be helpful for the survival of test-tube seedlings.
