Abstract: At present, it has already been an irrefutable fact that peasants had difficulty in getting a raise even their living standards dropped. So, as a counter measure, it is imperative to probe in and pursue a more cost-effective production manner in the countryside --The rural cooperative economic organization. The purpose of rural cooperative association that we advocate not merely lies in improving peasants' cooperative transformation degree; it also requires the peasants’ strength leading market with the government support. With cooperative association, such an platform, we can combine a lot of things inside, like common people's education, medical treatment ensuring, technology popularization, ecological agriculture and the rights safeguarding, then increase peasants’ income, and build a harmonious new countryside.
