沈阳东陵古松根区土壤磷酸酶活性与土壤养分的关系

摘要: 从古松的纵向和横向研究了沈阳东陵不同深度古松土壤磷酸酶活性及与土壤养分(有机质、全氮、碱解氮、全磷、速效磷)的关系。结果表明:在距树干4m处可能是古松根系吸收养分较强的地方,土壤磷酸酶活性与土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮和全磷都呈极显著的正相关,与速效磷呈极显著的负相关;磷酸酶可以表征古松根区土壤中磷素的含量状况;古松根区不同深度土壤中的磷酸酶活性可以作为评价土壤肥力指标之一。

Abstract: This article studied relation between aged-pine’s soil phosphatse activation and soil nutrient of root district from lateral and longitudinal direction in Shenyang east imperial tomb. Soil nutrients determined include organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, total phosphorus and available phosphorus. The results showed: the most nutrient is absorbed at 4m distance from aged-pine trunk, correlation between soil phosphatse and organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen and total phosphorus are positive marked, but correlation between soil phosphatse and available phosphorus are negative marked; So phosphatse activity could characterize soil P content of aged-pine trunk, as one of the indexes valuing soil fertility in aged-pine trunk.
