碳源种类与秀珍菇氨基酸数量性状的关联分析

Correlation Analysis of Carbon Source Types and Amino Acid Quantitative Traits of Pleurotus geesteranus

摘要: 分析培养料中添加不同碳源对秀珍菇的各种氨基酸和各类氨基酸数量性状的影响,为优化秀珍菇培养料提供依据。测定氨基酸含量,以灰色关联分析法分析不同碳源与秀珍菇的各种氨基酸和各类氨基酸数量性状关联度大小。结果表明:不同碳源与秀珍菇中各种氨基酸数量性状的关联度顺序:红糖>乳糖>白糖>可溶性淀粉。红糖处理的关联度最大,关联度0.6127,可溶性淀粉处理的关联度最小,关联度0.5057;与各类氨基酸数量性状的关联度顺序:红糖>白糖>乳糖>可溶性淀粉。其中,红糖处理的关联度最大,关联度0.7654,可溶性淀粉处理的关联度最小,关联度0.5085。碳源种类对秀珍菇中氨基酸的数量性状有影响,关联度越大表明影响越大。红糖为秀珍菇培养料的最佳碳源。

Abstract: [Objective] Analysised the effect of different carbon source on amino acids and various amino acid quantitative traits,in order to optimize the pleurotus ostreatus culture material to provide a scientific basis. [Method]The correlation degree of quantitative traits of amino acids and different amino acids with different kinds of carbon source by grey correlation analysis. [Result]The characters of amino acids on pleurotus ostreatus by different carbon source in the order of correlation: Brown sugar > lactose >Sugar > Soluble starch, the correlation degree of brown sugar treatment was 0.6127, the Soluble starch treatment was 0.5057;The characters of various amino acids on pleurotus ostreatus with different carbon source in the order of correlation: Brown sugar >Sugar >lactose >Soluble starch, The correlation degree of brown sugar treatment was 0.7654, Soluble starch treatment was 0.5085. [Conclusion]The bigger degree of connection is the better effect on pleurotus ostreatus amino acids, indicating the influence in the quantity and quality of amino acids on Pleurotus ostreatus by carbon source. Brown sugar was the best carbon source in the culture medium of pleurotus ostreatus.
