摘要： 中国农业信息资源建设已经取得了明显的成效，但在开发与利用中仍然存在着问题。对农业信息资源建设与利用中的问题从政策、技术、组织、服务、及产业措施等方面进行了研究与分析，为农业信息资源的建设与利用提供理论参考。

Abstract: Agricultural information resource has been constructed well in china, but there are some problems in the process of exploitation and using it. In this paper, the problems were researched, and the countermeasures about policy, technology, organizing, services, industrialization, etc., were given, in order to provide references for constructing and utilizing agricultural information resource.
