摘要： 以促进中国高科技企业技术创新为基本出发点，探讨了在高科技企业的技术创新中引入风险投资等一系列问题。首先讨论了技术创新与风险投资结合的必要性与可能性，指出它们的结合既是中国高新技术企业发展至今的必然结果，也是对这些企业进一步加快发展的要求。同时，提出发展风险投资，促进技术创新的对策建议。

Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the fund accumulating difficulty of techno logical innovation of company and the support of venture capital investment for technological innovation of company. It gives some advice develop venture capital investment of China.
