加工番茄水分生理研究进展

摘要: 综合论述了国内外土壤水分胁迫对番茄生理生态及产量和品质的影响相结合的研究进展,阐述了加工番茄水分胁迫生理研究的重要性,提出在栽培生产中,把有限的水资源分配给番茄对水分最为敏感的花果期,有利于节水高产目标的实现,为加工番茄优化灌溉制度提供了理论依据,同时为进一步研究加工番茄的水分生产函数提供了生理基础。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the recent advances on the effect of tomato physiology, zoology, yield and quality in different soil water stress in the world, expounds the importance of processing tomato physiology research. Advances that distributing the limited water to the sensitivities flowering and fruiting period of the processing tomato in the planting produce can realize the goal that saving water and getting high yield, supplies the theory gist for optimize irrigation system of the processing tomato, and supplies the physiology base for more water production function researches.
