桃树需冷量研究进展

Advances on Chilling Requirement of Peach

摘要: 为了摸清亚热带地区桃树生产面临的瓶颈问题,针对桃树需冷量的相关研究进行了综述。阐述了桃树需冷量的概念,分析并比较了几种需冷量估算模型在桃上的应用效果。并分别从生理角度和分子水平综述了桃需冷量相关的研究进展,最终归纳出桃树的PpDAM5和PpDAM6两个基因最有可能与不同需冷量品种的差异有关,未来可进一步利用这点来进行桃树需冷量的育种筛选。

Abstract: To figure out the potential bottlenecks in terms of the peach production in subtropical area, a comprehensive summary on the research of chilling requirement of peach has been made here. The concept of chilling requirement was elaborated with details, while comparisons of the application effect were made among several chilling requirement calculation models on peach, and the research progress relevant to the chilling requirement of peach was reported from both the physiological and molecular aspects. Accordingly, a final conclusion was found that the two genes of PpDAM5 and PpDAM6 were most likely tied to the differences of peach varieties with different chilling requirements, which could be further utilized to screen peach varieties for chilling requirement breeding in the future.
