南瓜主要营养品质性状的变异及相关性研究

摘要: 选用20个具有代表性的南瓜自交系,分析其K、Ca、P、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn、蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖、总糖、β-胡萝卜素、干物质、蛋白质、纤维、淀粉、Vc、酸等物质的含量,旨在弄清不同南瓜间主要品质性状的变异及相关性。结果表明,在这些品质性状中,β-胡萝卜素变异系数位于第一,而纤维的变异系数最小。Mg和K、Ca、P、Cu,Ca和Zn,蔗糖和总糖、干物质,果糖和葡萄糖,β-胡萝卜素和Vc、蛋白质等之间相关均达到显著或极显著。该研究为南瓜育种的早期选择、种质资源的利用打下理论基础。

Abstract: Twenty pumpkin inbred lines were chosen to analyse the content of K, Ca, P, Mg, Cu, Fe, Zn, sucrose, glucose, fructose, sugar content, β-carotene, solide, protein, cellulose, starch, acid, Vc. Relationship and variation of different pumpkin inbred lines’ quality traits were investigated. The results indicated that the Correlation coefficients of Mg and K, Ca, P, Cu, Ca and Zn, sucrose and sugar content, solide, glucose and fructose, β-carotene and Vc, protein were at the significant or very significant level. β-carotene has a maximum of variation in the quality traits, but Cellulose has a minimum of variation in the quality. The basis throes was made for early selection of pumpkin breeding, utilization of pumpkin germplasm resources.
