芹菜耐寒性的初步鉴定

The Low Temperature Stress Tolerance of the Celery Lines

摘要: 实验选择6个芹菜品系,在18℃/14℃(d/n)(CK)和14℃/10℃(d/n)、10℃/10℃(d/n)低温胁迫处理下,通过测定生长量、膜稳定性、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质等指标综合评价筛选确定了6个(10、14、16、20、22、24)品系的耐低温胁迫能力,结果表明:低温胁迫研究中采用10℃/10℃(d/n)处理芹菜幼苗比较合理。此处理温度对芹菜造成的影响在品系间存在显著差异;筛选出具备良好的耐低温胁迫能力的芹菜育种材料24号品系。在上述各单项指标测定结果间比较可以看出,部分品系耐低温能力在排序中位次有一定差异,但其中有一些品系的耐低温能力总体上还是比较稳定的(如24、14等),可以说明耐低温能力的趋势。

Abstract: This dissertation used 6 celery lines. in 14℃/10℃(d/n) and 10℃/10℃(d/n), the low temperature stress tolerance of lines 10, 14, 16, 20, 22, 24 are evaluated by mensurate weight growing, stability of cell membrane, dissociative praline, dissolvable sugar, dissolvable protein. The main results are as follows: It is good putting celery plants in 10℃/10℃(d/n) when we study the changes the celery materials make under low temperature stress.At the same time, when we studied the cold resistance, 10℃/10℃ will be a good condition to deal with the plants. Get one material (24) having good tolerance to low temperature. From monomial mensurated results, we can see that the sequences of the low temperature stress tolerance of several lines are different, but the low temperature stress tolerance of some lines is steady, such as 24, 14 and etc, So we can account for the trend of the low temperature stress tolerance of lines.
