克罗米芬对少精症公鸡的治疗效果

摘要： 将30只少精症公鸡分为3组，分别按照0、12.5mg/只日和16.67mg/只日的剂量喂服克罗米芬1周，以研究克罗米芬对少精症公鸡的治疗效果。结果表明：喂服克罗米芬对于繁殖后期患少精症的公鸡的采精量、精子密度无显著效果，鸡血清雄激素含量与精液质量之间也无显著相关。

Abstract: 30 cocks with symptom of poor-quality semen were randomly allotted to 3 groups. The 3 groups were took clomifene citrate 7days (the dosage was 0、12.5mg/bird. day and 16.67mg/bird.day respectively). The results showed that the clomifene citrate was not affected semen quality of cocks with symptom of poor-quality semen, the androsterone level of serum wasn’t correlated with semen quality obviously.
