Abstract: Taizhou Region was located in the southeastern coastal area of China with rapid economical and social development. The precondition of economy and society modernization was agricultural modernization. To develop the Modern Agriculture Demonstration Districts (MADD) was an important approach to provide rational ways to change the agriculture production increase, to strengthen the agricultural technology innovation ability and to fit the global economy process, to build up a supporting system for sustainable agriculture development. Facing the new situation and existing problems, the author submitted several countermeasures. The first was to redraft the Region level development plan on correct objectives. Then it was necessary to build up favorable farmland management system for promoting large scale farming system. The third was to take the aim of modern enterprise management system to reform the present operational modes. The fourth was to enhance the government guidance multiple approaches of agricultural finance input. The other important countermeasures were to build up scientific innovation system, to promote the agricultural industrialization, to strengthen the agriculture standardization construction, to develop the farmer’s association for the innovation of the MADDs’ management modes.
